Scholarship Requirements:
Individuals who have received a high school diploma or GED are eligible to enroll at Howard Academy. Students must first complete the 10-month dental assistant program at Howard Academy in order to receive the scholarship. To apply for the scholarship, you must complete the form to the right, tell us why you are deserving of this scholarship and why we should choose you (in between 250 and 500 words or 3,800 characters maximum), attach a copy of your official transcripts, and provide two letters of recommendation (family members excluded).
*Scholarship will be forfeited if the 9-month program is not completed.
